Ok.. So you want to list your Historic Property On A High-Traffic Historic Listing Site!

The following suggestions are for those Agents or Private Historic Property folks that wish to have the best possible successful listings on www.HistoricPropertiesList.com. By entering their listing(s) themselves.

Alternatively, you may phone in your new Historic Listing to one of our professional listing agents at our "standard listing" rates. We accept major credit cards and guarantee our listing work on your behalf. (716-952-9202) We are here six days a week to serve you. Featured listings are NOT included for free. You may phone in your oder for a featured listing before or after you enter the initial listing and we will upgrade it for you after phone in payment. Major credit/debit cards are always accepted.

There is right way and a wrong way to prepare your listings for sale. Those who try to take short cuts will not have Historic Property Offers they are looking for. Those who take their time and follow the follow the suggestions bullets here will have fastest moving Historic Properties. These suggestions are based on years of experience marketing on the Internet.

  1. Rule One... Take Your Time Entering All The Historic Properties Details

  2. Rule Two: (Please See Rule 1.)

  3. Rule Three:

DO NOT SIMPLY COPY AND PAST YOUR CURRENT LISTING INFO FROM A WEB SITE OR AGENT LISTING

It will end up looking like "garbage" to the buyers shopping this site.

This is because the detail editor will attempt to pickup the existing formatting from the other site and will most likely screw it up. Or it just won't look professional as it is displayed on our site. Yes, there are formatting tools available to you on our site but you better know what you are doing first.

You can save your listing and pre-view it in the same manner that the Buyers will see it when you are done with your new listing. And yes, you can change/update it as many times as you wish. Again, take your time!

  4. Rule Four... Do NOT put all your text in BOLD. It will look silly.

  5. Rule Five... Do Not us COLORS all over the place on your listing text. YOU ARE NOT "REMBRANT" and folks don't appreciate an attempt to be such.

  6. Rule Six... Although we suggest that your listing contains all the required descriptive information about your Historic Property Listing. Make it easy for the buyer to read and understand it.

  7. Rule Seven... Above all try to keep your textual descriptions brief and concise. LESS IS ALWAYS MORE ON ANY WEB PAGE. This is one of the hardest lessons about effective web design to learn and understand.

  8. Rule Eight... On the matter of pictures, obviously pic your best 12 pictures per listing and try to keep them approximately the same size (width & height) and orientations. Remember that the primary Selling Method on line is by the "EYES". Our site offers you more pictures in your listings than most others. Use this opportunity wisely.

  9. Rule Nine... Make sure that you add the property "City" FIRST BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO ADD A NEW LISTING. We can not possibly know all the cities in the world so you will have to add it first. You can not add it while you are entering the actual listing.

  10. Rule Ten... Please See Rule 1 (one) One More Time!

  11. Rule Eleven... There is an available spell-checker which is simply activated by clicking on the "abc" button in the top right corner and accepting the safe download from the online spell checker file.

Pay Once... Consider Your Historic Property Sold!

PS. Make sure you keep the status of your property listing updated as proceed through the sales process.
